Requesting a Chat Transcript
During your Chat:
- After you begin your Chat session, locate the Email icon at the top of your chat screen and click on it:
- If you hadn't entered an email address when you began your Chat, you will be asked to enter one in now:
Immediately after ending your Chat:
- As soon as your Chat has ended, check the "Email yourself a transcript of this chat" option after the Thank You for Chatting message:
